These high quality products are combined with two special ingredients: real passsion and affectionatelly crafted. For us this has always been the best flavour enhancers.
Long- established and creative, regional and international at the same time: with their continuous new and seasonal ideas our chefs manage to bring flavour and variety to your table. If you happen to order the same meal twice, it's most likely because you enjoyed the food so much the first time round and you wanted to eat it again.
Like everywhere else in our hotel in Allgäu, we rely with our ambience on variety and individuality. Quaint Bavarian or stylish and modern - our four different rooms and the terrace with views of the ski jumps and the Nebelhorn are open to you to enjoy your meal in peace and quiet or in a friendly get-together atmosphere.
Our exquisite wine cellar offers you more than 200 different wines, making your choice even more difficult. Alternatively you can rely on that one person, who has all the knowledge of our wines and their origines. Our sommeliers know exactly which wine suits which occassion and are very happy to advise wine lovers as well as organise small wine tasting sessions.
A bar is always a place where wishes are being fullfilled: aperitif oder digestif, cocktail or longdrink, wine or beer – at the counter everyone gets exactly what they fancy. The same way here at Franks: if you'd like to conclude a relaxed day you have the chance here to try one of over sixty varieties of Whiskey.
